MUFFLED voices. THUMPS from the roof. Ski rack CLICKS shut. Driver's side door opens. Arm and shoulder reach to insert the key.
DING-DING-DING. IGNITION. SLAM.
Headlight seeps into the empty car.
Pause as the car returns to idle. AM RADIO - weather report, enveloped by the airco set hot and high.
SWOOSH. SWOOSH.
Snow sweeps off the windshield. Vague trees illuminated through the partial scours.
SCRAPE. SCRAPE.
ZOOM IN as the silhouette digs with force into the remaining ICE.
